Cindy Locke is a Senior Casualty Claims Examiner with Maxwell Claims Services Inc. Cindy specializes in complex casualty, course of construction, malpractice and products liability losses. During her 30 year career in the insurance industry, she has held several senior technical and consulting positions with large general insurers, Director of Claims at RSA, Global Claims Manager for Flagstone Reinsurance and Director of Claims, Syndicate 1861 London. She has worked extensively in the U.S. dealing with MGA’s and managing third party claims administrators for various clients. As a consultant, she has provided audit and compliance services to various clients. She has been an instructor with the Insurance Institute of Canada for twenty years and attaining her honors Fellowship in 1995. Cindy resides in Halifax with her husband Gary and they have three daughters.
