Rob has extensive customer service experience coupled with sales and negotiating abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. He continues to enhance his adjusting skills through industry related seminars I anticipating further changes to the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule. Rob routinely appears on behalf of insurers at mediation and his all lines adjusting experience includes catastrophic accident benefit files as well as acting as co-control adjuster on major entertainment industry accounts. Rob is a Commissioner of Oaths for the taking of affidavits and has attained his CIP accreditation.
