Jean –Michel Reysset, Montreal Office jmreysset@maxwellclaims.ent Jean-Michel is the principal adjuster in our Montreal office. He began his insurance career in 1978. He has his independent adjusters license as well as his broker’s license. He began in the agency end of insurance in the claims division of a large Lloyd’s broker and was the assistant claims manager. He has also worked for privately owned independent adjusting firms, as well as being the Claims Manager for other Lloyd’s wholesaler coverholderss. At one point he worked for a large transport company and was the administrator for driver records and claims handling. Jean-Michel has taken many courses over his time in the insurance industry including a Police Investigation course through the Nicolet Police Institute, an introduction to jewellery through Or-Gem Jewellers, and a transport course put on by the D.E.C. Administrative Technics. He has also taken many Insurance Institute Courses. Living in Quebec Jean-Michel is bi-lingual and is capable of handling any class of claim that arises.
