Claims are handled locally, nationally and internationally either by our in-house claims staff or through various colleagues throughout the world.

Maxwell Claims Services Inc. offers underwriters the ability to view their claims files at any time from anywhere in the world through an Internet connection on our Electronic Claims Minder portal. ECM uses password protected entry so that no one else other than you can see your files.

We have four offices in Canada and our staff of claims handlers/administrators have an average of 27.4 years of experience at both the company and independent adjuster level.
